Print Friendly, PDF & Email

We had a great labor day weekend, Hosted the 28th Annual Bean Pickers Music Festival ( You can read about it here). I spent most of the week getting ready for it. I had taken several projects with me to work on in the downtime. I didn’t work on one thing just did a whole lot of visiting during the downtime. It was a good weekend but now I have to get the campers cleaned out and things put away this week.

Week Goals

Just reading your list of things you want to get done made me tired! For the remainder of the week, I hope to get started gluing the elephants for my appliqué quilt and do some wireweaving.

Whew! You get a lot done in one week! My goals for the week include finishing up the laundry, running the vacuum over the downstairs, and running a half marathon this weekend.

This has been a busy week for me, too. Is there anyone who isn’t busy these days?! Our ladies’ ministry is preparing for a retreat next month, we have family coming over tomorrow night, meeting other friends tonight and on Sunday, church, lunch with family and a graduation ceremony in the afternoon.

I like your idea for setting goals for the week..I am recently retired and need to work on Time Management. I just may use this idea to keep me focused and on track with what i want to get accomplished!!
    Thanks so much for sharing!
