This is so easy and great to take to potlucks or dinners where you need to bring a side.
4 to 5 cups fresh chopped broccoli
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup diced red onion
10 strips of bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
1 cup sunflower seeds ( I am allergic to sunflower seeds so I sub with almond slivers)
3 to 4 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tablespoon vinegar
Put well-washed broccoli in a large bowl, add raisins, onions, bacon, and sunflower seeds. Mix together. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients together then pour over salad.
