Seasoning Salt aka Red Stuff

This is so good and so easy to make, I use it on everything even popcorn haha. I make a large batch when I make it. I put the large batch and then a smaller one so if you don’t want to make a lot at a time.

Large Batch
2 Cups Paprika
2 cups Salt
2 Cups Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon Accent- optional

Put everything in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a shaker and store the remainder in an airtight container.

Small Batch
1/2 Cups Paprika
1/2 cups Salt
1/2 Cups Black Pepper
1/4 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/4 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Accent- optional

Put everything in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour into a shaker and store the remainder in an airtight container.

    Rancher’s Wife;
Looks like you use regular Red Pepper, and maybe not Ground Red Pepper, I’m looking at the seeds????
Maybe run them through a Food Mill or a Blender to grind up the peppers/seeds??
Going to give this a try. Thanks
I do use several different prepared salts aka Lawry’s, Cattleman’s Grill Steakhouse Seasoning and a few others.

I’ll have to try this! My husband loves the “red stuff” from Steak and Shake and it’s getting hard to find. Thanks for sharing with us at Encouraging Hearts and Home. Pinned.
