The kids love these for breakfast or snack, and they are so easy to make.
- 5 Cups Oat
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar More if you want a little sweeter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped apples
Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well if it seems a little dry add a little milk if a little to wet add a little more flour.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.

Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If it looks a little to wet add a little more flour and if to dry add a little more milk. Drop by spoonfulls on a parchment lined baking sheet. You can leave as is or you can flaten them a little. Bake in a 350 oven appx, 15 miniutes till slightly browned.
