Easy Breakfast Cookies

The kids love these for breakfast or snack,  and they are so easy to make.

  • 5 Cups Oat
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar More if you want a little sweeter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped apples

Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well if it seems a little dry add a little milk if a little to wet add a little more flour.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.

  1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If it looks a little to wet add a little more flour and if to dry add a little more milk. Drop by spoonfulls on a parchment lined baking sheet. You can leave as is or you can flaten them a little. Bake in a 350 oven appx, 15 miniutes till slightly browned.
